What Werkr is

Werkr is a platform that helps service businesses manage bookings, jobs, staff, and stock. Each organisation on Werkr is independently owned and operated. Werkr provides the technology.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person may not maintain more than one account.

Organisations

Organisation owners are responsible for the data entered into their organisation, including jobs, customer records, and stock items. Werkr is not a party to any agreements between organisations and their customers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your data

Werkr only stores information needed to operate your account and provide the service. Organisation data belongs to the organisation owner. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Limitation of liability

Werkr is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
